15 minutes rule

Just read a book about how important it is to sketch 15 minutes a day. Somone might laught, but to me 15 minutes of sketching is not something to be taken for granted. So I promised myself i will do it no matter what. Let us see how long it lasts. Meanwhile, a few new paintings here and there and a lot of gardening. I am trying to make a garden out of our back yard. So far it is a big mess , with lots of trash that needs to be taken out ,pieces of a pool we took down and not too many grean things growing. It will take some time, before anything worth picturing will come out there.

Vita,
What do you eat that gives you such amazing strength to be so productive? I am still amazed and see you growing as an artist in so many media, and having a wonderful family around as your inspiration. We spoke and I still will someday have the commissioned work for you.We are going to retire and will be able to concentrate on art and writing. You are my favorite artist on earth in the modern day. Keep on being you,
Love From Texas,
Lisa

I love your whimiscal style! There is a lot to be said for being able to sketch 15 mins a day. It's hard to always be consistent with our art. I know, I struggle with it myself. I posted a picture of a book on my blog that has helped me so much with time management. Maybe you would be interested. It is at the bottom of the current blog page. Best to you~

I really love this idea because it is realistic. It will bring out ideas that you don't know are in you. Thanks for the inspiration!
