How peculiar! What an interesting personage!! I would like to see her again and again in different situations. Her appearance is so unexpected and "out of the rules" - what is her life, where does she live, does she have a family, friends... Wonderful, Vita!:-)

Melissa, I think she is poor, and she is an artist. She was inspired by a friend of mine, who is long gone now, but was very much like her.
I was a bit scared of her then I noticed it was only a mask! Great illustrations Vita!xx
